How aligned decisions feel different...
Alignment is not excitement.
Excitement can be adrenaline. It can be ego. It can be fear wearing a shiny mask.
Aligned decisions feel quieter.
When a choice is aligned, the body softens rather than tightens. The breath deepens. There is steadiness, even if the decision stretches you. It does not feel frantic. It feels settled.
Misaligned decisions often come with urgency. “I have to do this now.” “If I don’t say yes, I’ll miss it.” The mind argues. The body constricts — jaw, gut, shoulders.
Alignment is not always comfortable, but it is coherent. Your thoughts, body, and intuition point in the same direction.
One way to test alignment is to imagine the decision is already made. Notice your physiology. Do you feel grounded? Or slightly nauseous? Does your chest open? Or subtly brace?
Another distinction: aligned decisions carry clean energy. There is no need to justify them repeatedly to yourself or others. You may need to explain logistics, but not defend your worth.
The more you clear emotional, ancestral, and karmic distortions, the more reliable your body becomes as an instrument.
Your body is not separate from your soul.
It is the barometer.
When you learn to listen without overriding, decisions simplify.
Not easier.
Simpler.
